Marble quarry software tracks every block and rubble pile with size, quality, bench and customer data. Spreadsheets slip fast: the same block is sold twice, the official mining file does not match the slips, and a marked stone is forgotten in the yard.

EgeOcak was written to close that gap. The current White Quarry release keeps intake slips, marking (orders), dispatch slips and stock query in one menu. The block board shows waiting stock as cards. Shipping age measures the days from production to the truck.

Why block tracking is its own job

A marble block is not a barcoded carton. Dimensions, cubic metres, a quality note and a photograph belong together. A buyer likes a stone on site, marks it, and ships days later. The software records that sequence without breaking it. Multi-quarry firms split warehouses in the same account.

Official reports and management views

Intake reports produce the statutory mining file, quality and bench charts, monthly production, forecasts, in-out balance and a quality trend. Dispatch adds detail, value and shipping age. Order progress shows the gap between marked and shipped stone.

AI and field memory

A block photo yields crack and colour-shift scores. The AI assistant answers questions against a selected year’s quarry summary. The quarry map stores pins and notes on a field photo; it is field memory, not a geology model.
